Heidi Klum’s got a new job, and no, it’s nothing plastic surgery related. NBC announced Monday the Project Runway star will be joining the judging panel of their hit reality competition America’s Got Talent. Klum’s addition to the show isn’t the only shakeup to the judging panel this season. Mel B, or as most of you would know her as “Scary Spice,” was also added to the panel this season as a replacment for Sharon Osbourne who quit after her developing beef with NBC.

With Howard Stern and Howie Mandel both returning for the show’s upcoming season, this is the first time the show will feature a panel of four judges instead of three. If anyone can judge a talent competition, it’s a former spice girl and woman who was married to a Seal for nearly seven years.

Now onto something none of the A.G.T judging panel would be familiar with: the movie screen. Big casting news has hit Hollywood this past week, starting with a reboot of a fairytale classic.

According to Variety, Emma Watson has been confirmed to play Cinderella in the newest update of the Disney fairytale. The former Harry Potter star will be chitchatting with talking rodents to escape the reality of her evil step-mother, set to be played by Cate Blanchett, in 2014.

In more casting news, after pictures of Harrison Ford donning a suit and glasses surfaced, it’s officially confirmed he’ll take on the news desk in the upcoming Will Ferrell comedy Anchorman: The Legend Continues. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Ford will play an iconic news veteran, “a la Tom Brokaw.” With other Hollywood heavyweights like Will Ferrell and Paul Rudd starring in the sequel, the movie will surely be a box office hit.

Ford’s Star Wars co-star Carrie Fisher also has casting news to get excited about. Fisher told Palm Beach Illustrated she will be reprising the pastry-haired role that made her famous: Princess Leia. Fisher, being much older than when she first donned the skimpy Leia outfits, says the famous intergalactic princess will have also aged. “I think she [Leia] will be just like she was before, only slower and less inclined to be up for the big battle.”

It was revealed earlier this year the new Star Wars film (Episode VII) was going to be directed by J.J. Abrams after George Lucas announced he would not direct the newest films to be added to the legendary series. Graying and eating Activia Yogurt or not, I think everyone is just excited to see Leia back in space action.

Many A-list celebrities were spotted heading home Sunday night with the same man. The man cruising with stars appeared to be gold, bald and naked- ruling out the theory John Mayer discovered a cloning device to maximize his hook-up potential. Although John Mayer is bound find such machine, this gold, bald, naked man seems to describe the lovely trophy handed out to dressed-up celebrities during the annual Academy Awards.

The prestigious Oscars aired Sunday night on ABC, bringing in 40-million celebrity-obsessed viewers during the three hour telecast. An explanation behind this bump in viewership from previous years could have been the host, Seth McFarlane. MacFarlane, who is the creator of  “Family Guy” and often touches on taboo subjects, took the stage and guided the show throughout the night with frequent stops of sexist jokes and singing.

Although many of McFarlane’s jokes fell flat, none fell greater than Jennifer Lawrence did as she attempted to gracefully walk up the stage to accept her “Best Actress” Oscar for her portrayal in “Silver Linings Playbook.”

Other winners of the night include Daniel Day-Lewis for his portray of Abe in “Lincoln” and Ang Lee for “Best Director” thanks to his visual masterpiece “Life of Pi.”

However, no celebrity was celebrating more than Ben Affleck. After wrongfully snubbed for a “Best Director” nomination for his critically acclaimed flick “Argo,” the film took home the top honor of the night, “Best Picture.”

Looks like we’ve finally forgiven Affleck for “Gigli.”

For the complete list of winners, check the CNN website.

Tuesday morning on “Good Morning America,” ABC announced the celebrity cast for their 16th season of “Dancing With the Stars.” Don’t expect any of the stars who attend the Academy Awards to be on this list. The show is known to feature falling stars, if anything, on the show. The D-list celebs this year who decided their careers needed new life is former “Idol” finalist Kelli Pickler, former comedian Andy Dick, and former Grammy winner Wynonna Judd.

Here is the complete cast list and pairing of the stars set to take the stage come March 28th on ABC:

• Boxer Victor Ortiz and new pro Lindsay Arnold
• Singer Kellie Pickler and Derek Hough
• Country star Wynonna Judd and Tony Dovolani
• Soap star Ingo Rademacher and Kym Johnson
• Disney Channel star Zendaya Coleman and Valentin Chmerkovskiy
• Comedian Andy Dick and Sharna Burgess
• Reality star Lisa Vanderpump and new pro Gleb Savchenko
• Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman and Mark Ballas
• Olympic skater Dorothy Hamill and Tristan MacManus
• Comedian D.L. Hughley and Cheryl Burke
• NFL star Jacoby Jones and Karina Smirnoff

Grammy’s: Mumford & Son’s win big; debut of Katy Perrmaid and Adele Doubtfire

The 55th annual Grammy Awards aired Sunday night on CBS, and boy, was the three hour telecast jam-packed with stunning celebrities, performances and photobombs! More importanly, the telecast revealed the artists whose hard work payed off in the form of a shiny, gold gramophone and the artists who need to work a little harder to bring home one of those coveted trophies next year.

One of the top stunners of the night was the Bajan beauty (dating the beast) Rihanna. She glowed from the moment she stepped onto the red carpet, debuting her red Alaia gown. The “Diamonds” singer may not have taken home any trophies from the night, but between her immense beauty and that unforgettable tribute to Bob Marely she took part of, RiRi still walked away as a winner.

Another pop starlet who lit up the stage was America’s first “Idol,” Kelly Clarkson. The talented singer nailed those high notes while performing her breath-taking tribute to singing legends Patty Page and Carole King. Clarkson then went on to make laughs on stage after accpeting her Grammy for “Best Pop Vocal Album” for her record “Stronger.” The “Since U Been Gone” singer also walked away with the greatest picture of the night, unintentionally, after she photobomed Ellen Degeneres and her wife Portia de Rossi.

Mumford & Son’s was the top winner of the night after scoring a Grammy for “Album of the Year.” The British folk band accepted the award from fellow Brit Adele, who took the same award home last year.

It wasn’t all about Mumford & Son’s though. Frank Ocean may not have taken home the award for “Album of the Year,” but that didn’t stop the singer from making waves. Ocean took home a Grammy for “Best Urban Contemporary Album” thanks to his critically acclaimed freshman effort “Channel Orange.”

But when there’s winners, there must be losers.

A couple fashion losers of the night were Katy Perry and Adele. Katy Perrmaid attended the show in a mint green Gucci gown complete with a boob window to give Ellen something to stare at. Adele may have won a Grammy with her live rendition of “Set Fire To The Rain,” but her outfit was a not a winning choice. The Valentio floral print dress reminded us of a certain drag nanny and didn’t seem to suit the new queen of music.

Carly Rae Jepsen however may have been the biggest loser of Grammy night. Despite achieving massive radio and chart success with her debut single “Call Me Maybe,” Jepsen failed to walk away with any trophies to validate her hugely successful past year. Hopefully someone called her to help the blow of the loss.
