Campus Crossings at Ramâ€™s Pointe was issued a municipal citation by Fort Collins Police Services following the Aug. 27 back-to-school pool party that left multiple people injured.
The citation carries a fine of up to $1,000 and allows the city to recover any costs incurred as a result of the incident. The hearing is scheduled for Oct. 3.
In addition, through further investigation of the incident, charges were issued to the five men who initially received citations at the party:
-James Skeltonâ€™s has received the recommendation that his charges be changed to harassment from third degree assault
-Daniel Rosselot has received the recommendation that his original charge of third degree assault be dismissed.
-Zachary Tiedgen will still be charged with disorderly conduct.
-Dillion Lawrence will be charged with interference with a public officer and open container.
-Alan Burke has received new charges of third degree assault and false report of crime.
All of the above charges are municipal misdemeanors, according to a press release.
