Larimer County Sheriff’s Office investigators have arrested two people northwest of Fort Collins after finding almost $385,000 worth of marijuana in their rental home, a Larimer County Sheriff’s Office news release said.

Lacy Ann Patterson and Anthony Michael Ryker of Livermore were arrested yesterday after investigators found 220 live marijuana plants, psilocybin mushrooms, numerous guns and equipment used to cultivate marijuana in their home.

The couple faces numerous felony counts including, possession of more than 100 pounds of marijuana with intent to distribute; a class 3 felony, possession of more than 12 ounces of marijuana; a class six felony and possession of a controlled substance; a class 4 felony.

When officers arrived at the property, they found a fence surrounding the tops of what appeared to be greenhouse coverings and smelled raw marijuana. After obtaining a warrant the marijuana and other items were discovered.

The couple had resided in the area for less than a year.
