Occupational therapy research symposium coming to CSU

Temple Grandin and Roger Smith, a Ph.D in occupational science and technology will serve as the keynote speakers at the 10th annual Occupational Therapy Symposium.

The symposium will be a full-day event featuring practice-oriented breakout sessions and lectures by the two keynote speakers.

It will take place at 9 a.m. in the Lory Student Center North Ballroom.

Poudre Valley hospital to accept donations

The Poudre Valley Hospital will accept blood donations today from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on University Avenue and West Drive.

The donations will take place in the hospital’s new mobile unit and all students, faculty, staff and visitors are welcome to donate.

Cinco Cinco comes to FoCo FoCo

Fort Collins running and walking enthusiasts can take part in the 18th annual Cinco Cinco 5k Run/Walk at 7 a.m. Sunday morning at the Oval to support scholarships for deserving CSU students.

The entry fee, which includes a T-shirt, is $19 for individuals, $17 for students and $15 for CSU students living on campus. **
