2:20 a.m.: A 19-year-old male for alleged unlawful possession of less than one gram of a schedule II controlled substance, DUI, DUI per se, no proof of insurance, weaving, underage consumption of ethyl alcohol, possession of one ounce or less of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at the 1000 Block of Prospect Road.
