The Institute for Teaching and Learning, TILT, hosted a panel of six CSU graduate students Monday night to give current undergraduates a taste of what it’s like to apply to graduate school.
Each of the graduate students came from different backgrounds, but all are currently focusing on studies in the department of liberal arts or humanities.
But some of their advice and experience can apply to prospective graduate students in all areas of studies. Here are a few tidbits prospective grad students can use to be successful.
TILT will host two more “Getting into Graduate School†panels this week. It will host graduate students studying social sciences at 2 p.m. today and 4 p.m. Thursday for students in the departments of natural sciences and engineering.
