Greetings. It’s the weekend you’ve all been anticipating since the Rocky Mountain Showdown tickets went on sale July 19.

CSU will take on CU-Boulder at Invesco Field at Mile High this weekend, with the 82nd annual game starting at noon.

But being prideful Rams, we’ll be sure to host celebrations before we take on our in-state arch nemesis, just to get the crowd riled up.

And finally, what you’ve all been waiting for: The Rams will take on the Buffaloes in Colorado’s oldest in-state rivalry. CSU hopes to go back and take down the Buffs for the second year in a row, marking a good start in the 2010 football season.

Be sure you know CSU’s Fight Song:

“Fight on you stalwart Ram Team,
On to the goal!
Tear the (Buffalos) line asunder,
As down the field we thunder.
Knights of the green and gold,
Fight on with all your might!
Fight on you stalwart Ram Team,
Fight! Fight! Fight!
