Ok, Paul Kowalczyk, if you’re really serious about having a successful women’s basketball program, and we do think you are, then something has to change. Sooner rather than later.

In the midst of the worst season in team history, the Rams have already set records for the most losses in one season (22) and the most consecutive losses ever (15).

Just for reference, CSU has had a women’s basketball team since 1974.

It’s clear to us that one decision needs to be made. Coach Jen Warden needs to be fired.

We know you have the guts.

Hopefully, it’s only a matter of time.

In defending her team this year, Warden has said the problem is a lack of experience.

Sure, there’s not a ton of seasoned players on the team, but it’s not like the women are playing with a couple of walk-ons.

Sarah Hunter can ball. Kandy Beemer can shoot.

But when you lose at home to Air Force by double-digits, something is wrong.

Kowalczyk had the nerve to fire Sonny, citing the lack of attendance at home games.

At Wednesday’s game against Texas Christian, just more than 300 people showed up.

Do the right thing, Polly K.
