Cut several bananas in slices. Mix with red and green grapes. Cover and freeze for at least on hour. Enjoy for a juicy snack.

Toast a whole wheat English muffin. Spread with low-fat peanut butter and cover with apple slices.

Cottage Cheese and fruit

1/2 cup of canned fruit

1/2 cup of low-fat cottage cheese.

Place fruit over cottage cheese
