Thursday, Oct. 26 – Washington’s

Heaven and Hell Party. Washington’s is holding a costume contest for best devil and angel costumes. They are selling $2 Jager shots and $1 shots.

Friday, Oct. 27 – Nightmare on the Poudre

The CSU Environmental Learning Center will be presenting a night of fun for kids and adults. Activities will include face painting, a pumpkin scavenger hunt, bobbing for apples and a “haunted trail”, among others. Admission is free, and events will last from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Environmental Learning Center’s East Drake site. Saturday, Oct. 28 – Suite 152

Suite 152’s 8th Annual Dusk Till Dawn Halloween Party will run from 6 p.m. until 6 a.m. the following morning. 6 p.m. until 2 a.m. is restricted to 21 and up, while 2 a.m. to 6 a.m. admits 18 and up. A costume party will award winners with $1,000 in cash and prizes. Details can be found at www.suite152.com

Saturday, Oct. 28 – Sunset Events Center

Kan’Nal, the First Annual Journey to the Underworld Masquerade Ball. With performances from Lunar Fire, dance artists Sangre del Sol and guest DJ Buddhabomb. The show is 21 and up only, with doors opening at 8:30 p.m. Tickets are $15 in advance and $17 on the day of the show. Saturday, Oct. 28 – Washington’s

Halloween Bash. There will be a costume contests and specials on Jager and Captain Morgan shots.

Saturday, Oct. 28 & Tuesday, Oct. 31 – Zydeco’s

Zydeco’s will be holding Halloween parties with costume contests on both Saturday and Tuesday. Costume contests will be held for $100 cash, and the event begins at 9 p.m. both days. Visit www.zydecosbar.com for further information.

Saturday, Oct. 28 – Fort Collins Museum

Fort Collins Museum will be hosting terror tours around the city of Fort Collins. The museum volunteers have compiled myths and ghost stories about the eerie history of Fort Collins. Tours begin at 8 p.m. and run every 15 minutes until 10 p.m. A $3 donation is suggested.

Tuesday, Oct. 31 – CSU Bookstore

Join the CSU bookstore for a costume contest and author presentation. The bookstore will be hosting award-winning author Brain Rappatta, who will be reading from his latest story. A costume contest will also be held for anyone dressed up as characters from their favorite book or board game, with prizes including books and gift certificates for the CSU Bookstore. Judging begins at 4 p.m. in the CSU Bookstore.

Tuesday, Oct. 31 – Avogadro’s Number

A Halloween party will be held following open mic at 11 p.m., with a costume contest at midnight. Bluegrass band Victor Barnes will also be playing

from 11 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. Entrance costs $5. Further information and directions can be found at www.avogadros.com.

Tuesday, Oct. 31 – Aggie Theatre

WhiteWater Ramble w/ Shanti Groove will be playing a free show at the Aggie. There will also be a costume contest. Doors open at 8 p.m.

Tuesday, Oct. 31 – Rio Grande Mexican Restaurant

Rio Grande Mexican Restaurant presents Halloween at the Rio, with happy hour specials all night, and a costume contest at 9 p.m. with $200 cash prizes!
