THURSDAY- October 5
A suspicious circumstances call was made about the Mason Street tunnel. Someone wrote “Kill Cops + GOD + Marilyn Musgrave” in the grime on the roof of the tunnel. It was easily cleaned and there was no permanent damage.
A harassment call was made where officers were sent to the University Counseling Center to talk with a woman who was receiving harassing phone calls and text messages from her ex-boyfriend. Officers are following up with the ex-boyfriend.
Checked on some vehicles in the Hughes Stadium parking lot. They belonged to Facilities Management workers.
A DUI motor vehicle hit-and-run accident occurred. The suspect vehicle hit a parked truck in the Ingersoll Hall parking lot. The passenger in the suspect vehicle hit his head on the windshield and suffered head injuries, so the suspect took the passenger to his room and put him to bed, then fled the scene. Larimer County Sheriff officers found the suspect’s vehicle on Mulberry and Timberline streets. He was brought to the CSU Police Department and blew a .150 BAC. The passenger was then taken to Poudre Valley Hospital by ambulance.
A fire alarm was pulled at Corbett Hall. Poudre Fire Authority responded and found that a pull station had been activated.
A noise complaint was made at the International House and residents were warned.
