Currently eighth in Mountain West Conference standings, CSU can place seventh at best for the 2005-06 season. They have lost 10 of their last 11 games going into tonight's match-up with the TCU Horned Frogs. In the last meeting on Jan. 21 the Rams fell to the Frogs by a score of 73-63.

But the Rams refuse to let anything break their spirit.

"These things are what make us fight harder. We will be playing at TCU's house, which will be a hostile environment, but the coaches have prepared us well and we're ready to go," guard Molly Nohr said.

Nohr has proven herself to be an all-around star for the Rams. She has recorded six or more rebounds in the last four games, leading the team in rebounding with eight in the last game against UNLV. She is sixth in the MWC in assists, tallying 81 for the season. Over the last four games she has averaged 10.2 points, 6.7 rebounds and 3.5 assists each contest.

TCU will be coming into the game with a 14-9 season record (8-4 MWC) and a two-game winning streak. They currently stand in fourth place in the conference. The young team will start four sophomores and one junior, shooting guard Natasha Lacy, who leads the team with 14.5 points and 7.4 rebounds per game.

"We have really been working on defense because this team likes to penetrate a lot. They aren't a big 3-point shooting team," Nohr said. "Last time we played them we made a lot of little mental mistakes. But these are things we can fix. We know we can beat this team."

Tip off is scheduled for 7 p.m. CT.
