"Gearing Up" Orientation

4:15 to 4:45 p.m.

Rec Center Cycle Studio

A brief introduction to learn proper set up and use of the indoor cycles. Participants also receive a free cycle class pass. Rec Center members and guests only. No registration necessary. Class limited to 15 participants.
