The CSU swimming and diving teams will both be in action this weekend as they look to pick up some much-needed victories.

The Rams have lost two-straight Mountain West Conference meets to BYU and Utah and will try to end the losing streak.

The swimming team will be in action at home against the Wyoming Cowgirls in the latest installment of the Border War at 5 p.m. Friday at Moby Pool. The Rams will try to improve on their 5-3 overall and 3-3 MWC record and get back above .500 in the conference standings. CSU looks to senior Lyndsey McCaslin, junior Rachelle Kula and sophomore Chandra Engs to lead the way for a Rams' victory.

The Cowgirls (3-4 overall, 2-3 MWC) are also coming off of a loss to BYU. Wyoming is led by sophomores Heidi Thorson, Holly Hansen and Tamara Lehnertz.

The diving team will travel to Colorado Springs for the Air Force Diving Invitational that takes place both today and Saturday. The Rams diving team is led by the freshman quartet of Elyse Hall, Karin Knudson, Erin Sobon and Amber Utesch.
