Java Jumpstart!

8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Join other adult learners for coffee, tea, cocoa and great

conversation. Stop by just to fill your mug or sit for a while.

CSU’s “La Piazza Dell Art”

10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Come show your RAM spirit by chalking a message on the Lory

Student Center Plaza. This is a great opportunity to support our

athletic teams and various events taking place during CSU’s

Homecoming Week.

Music of Benjamin Britten

7:30 p.m.

Room 203 in the Music Recital Hall

CSU music faculty Todd Queen, along with Jim Margetts and David

Brussel, will play Britten’s music in a faculty recital. $4 for

students, $7 for the general public.


CSU Scavenger Hunt

10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

How knowledgeable are you about our CSU campus?

Come test your wits during the campus scavenger hunt. The hunt

will begin in the Sunken Lounge of the LSC. Three winners will be

drawn from completed entries and will be awarded an awesome

Presented by Lloyd Walker, a senior research associate in civil

engineering. LSC, room 207.

Helping Someone with an Alcohol or Substance Abuse Problem

3 to 4 p.m.

This is the first in a series of Lifeskills Workshops presented

by the Counseling Center. The workshop will be held in the Wellness

Zone. Pre-register by calling 491-2634 or stop by the Wellness Zone

on the main floor of the student center, next to the University


Council of International Student Affairs- International Fest

Planning Meeting

5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

Meeting will be held at Laurel Hall.

Programming Activity Council Movie Night

9 to 11 p.m.

Durrell Center. Students, faculty, staff and family are invited

to attend.
