In “Religious groups ‘win’ with dialogue” Josh Dember’s

statement should have read: “I challenged awareness in the

difference between debate and dialogue. And I challenged them to

realize and work (dialogue) into their everyday life.” He

encourages the incorporation of dialogue, not debate, in everyday

life. He emphasizes that dialogue is to promote understanding and

debate is about who’s right and who’s wrong.
