Correction

In “Canning the old record,” in Friday’s Collegian, it was

incorrectly stated that Newsom Hall won last year’s Cans around the

Oval competition by collecting 8,654 pounds of food. The hall

actually collected 4,403 pounds of food last year. The Collegian

regrets this error.
