More than 2 months after a mass shooting, the city of Aurora, Colorado, has decided to re-open the movie theater for business. In recent documents obtained by CTV’s Dillon Thomas, Aurora Mayor Steve Hogan requests the theater be re-opened. Cinemark CEO Tim Warner agreed, and also plans to re-design the entire facility.
