Pateros Celebrates Session Ales
Kick off this spring season the right way at Pateros Creek Brewing Saturday as they celebrate their wide variety of house-brewed session ales. And what better way to celebrate beer than with more beer? All day long enjoy beers 4.5 percent and below, such as Old Town Kölsch, Remittance Mild and Car 21 Best Bitter for only $3 each. Rosewood Devine will perform live music from 2 to 4 p.m. With tons of food, dancing and giveaways, you’ll be able to fully indulge in one of Fort Collins’ pinnacle industries that have made it such an iconic town. Cover for the celebration is free and runs from noon until 9 p.m.

‘The Ladies Man’ Now Playing at the Lincoln Center
Attend the Lincoln Center tonight at 8 p.m. for a theatrical performance full of laughs and entertainment. “The Ladies Man,” directed by Judith Allen, is a hilariously twisted tale translated from the original French performance, “Tailleur Pour Dames” by Georges Feydeau. An upbeat story with refreshing style and excitement, it’s a show guaranteed to keep audience members both on their toes and leave them in stitches. According to the Wall Street Journal, “The Ladies Man” is “an explosion of inspired craziness.” As a bonus, enjoy free beer courtesy of Boulder Beer. The show starts at 8 p.m., and all tickets are $14.

ATO Gambles the Healthy Way
Join the brothers of Alpha Tau Omega this Saturday at 11 a.m. for a poker game that’s sure to get your heart racing. Benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, this event was designed to challenge both body and mind. After being given a hand of five poker cards, participants race around the CSU Oval and obtain a poker card for each lap completed. After one hour, runners present their best hand of cards, and the person with the best hand will win a brand new flat screen TV. A trophy will be presented to the champion group with the most laps complete. Registration is $6 per runner and begins at 9 a.m. The actual race will take place from 10 to 11 a.m.

Fiber Art
Not getting enough fiber? Look no further. Tonight, from 5 to 9 p.m.,
Poudre Studio Artist & Galleries celebrates the opening of their newest exhibit,
Fiber Art, featuring works that are spun, woven and stitched into mesmerizing
displays. This one-of-a-kind gallery is remarkable for its ability to transform a
basic necessity — fabric — into a diverse collection of symbolic works of art.
And for as many uses as these materials have in everyday life, there is a piece
of art to represent it. From clothing to sculptures, Fiber Art brings together the
multiple functions of these materials in a unique but beautiful way. Weaving and
spinning demonstrations will be given throughout the month as well as on opening
day. Visitors also have the opportunity to purchase works featured in the gallery.
The exhibit will be shown every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. through April 28.
