It’s time for the students of CSU to set the tone for the 2011-12 athletic season.

That’s right, the students, the fans.

Bring Moby Madness tonight for the best sports team at CSU.

The No. 15 Rams’ volleyball team will take the court to take on the perennial national title contender Nebraska Cornhuskers.

CSU volleyball is trying to break the attendance record of 6,333, which was set last season against Duke.

And with general admission tickets going fast, it’s up to the students to finish filling up Moby.

The volleyball team deserves our support not only for this marquee match, but all season long.

Head coach Tom Hilbert has turned the Rams into one of the most respected programs in the country.

So much so that in the AVCA preseason poll, the nation’s coaches voted CSU No. 15, despite losing four starters.

Hilbert has such a strong recruiting base that he had replacements in the squad ready to step in.
Under Hilbert, the Rams don’t rebuild. They reload.

CSU has made 16 straight NCAA tournaments and has won the Mountain West regular season title eight times under Hilbert.

And if you’ve never gone to a game, the “white-out” against Nebraska is a perfect first one to go to.
With two top-15 teams matching up against each other, both will be looking to make an early season statement.

Plus, the first 500 students get free shirts.

Get to Moby, and help white the ‘Huskers out.
