The condition of a Braiden Hall student who was transported by ambulance to Poudre Valley Hospital earlier this afternoon is unknown.

The student was carried out of the hall on a gurney with a breathing apparatus after police officers, including a detective and paramedics, entered Room 288 on Braiden’s southwest second floor –– the Key Service Community –– around 1 p.m.

Resident Assistants told everybody on the hall to shut their doors as paramedics came through and told anyone with information to come forward to the RAs or the officers on scene. All weekend activities for the Key Community are canceled.

CSU spokesman Brad Bohlander said no further information is available at this time. Check back for updates as they come in.
