U.S law enforcement is investigating whether a pilot intentionally crashed his plane into a building in Austin, Texas earlier earlier this morning, according to the Associated Press.

Officials, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because the investigation is ongoing, told the AP authorities are trying to determine if the pilot aimed to target “nearby office space” of the Internal Revenue Service.

One official told the AP the pilot may have been disgruntled with the IRS.

The Colorado-based North American Aerospace Defense Command launched two F-16 aircraft from Houston’s Ellington Field as a precaution and is conducting an air patrol over the crash area.
