Appreciating the thanks

I read M. Alex Stephens’ article “Giving more than just words this Thanksgiving season,” and I just wanted to let Stephens know that I really appreciated his column on Thursday.

I totally agree with Stephens’ views about taking that time to give rather than just contemplating what we’re thankful for.

I think that American people and college students definitely don’t put enough into giving whether it’s of their time, money or possessions. So, thanks for putting Stephens’ article out there.
