Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents arrested a CSU employee for child pornography on Wednesday, July 26.

Kalin Delaine Stovall, 43, was indicted by a federal grand jury in Denver and charged with one count of possession of child pornography, said Jeff Dorschner, press officer for the United States Attorney’s Office.

The Larimer County Sheriff’s Department helped federal agents execute a search warrant in November, said Dorschner. Stovalll had 10 items of child pornography on his computer at the time, according to the indictment.

He could face up to 10 years in federal prison and/or a $250,000 fine, Dorschner said.

Stovall worked with gardens and turf for Facilities Management, according to the CSU directory.
