Peace Corps Week Celebration 45th Anniversary

Calling all returned Peace Corps volunteers, current Peace Corps nominees and those who are thinking of joining the Peace Corps, supportive faculty and staff, Peace Corps Masters International students and faculty and anyone else interested. Please join us in celebrating the 45th Anniversary of the Peace Corps and the rich history CSU has with this organization.

Prayer Meeting for World Peace

Sincere peaceworkers of all faiths are invited to join in praying for peace and for the healing of all conditions that lead to war. Rev. Russ Jones, founder of Prayerworks for Peace, will act as facilitator. Donations will be accepted to meet expenses and in support of Prayerworks' efforts to promote world peace.

Fossil Creek Reservoir Regional Open Space

Approximate 1 1/2 hour nature experience at Fossil Creek Reservoir Regional Space, north of Loveland. Join naturalist Dianne for a chance to see the birds as they return to their night roosts after a day of hunting and feeding. Not exactly a hike, but there may be some hiking involved to get the best vantage point. Bring any binoculars, bird books, etc. that you have. Dress appropriately for Colorado's changing weather. There are no costs for this program. Contact Ann at (970) 679-4561 for more information or check on the status of the hike in case of bad weather. Hike rating-easy to moderate.
