The BMI Foundation, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation devoted to supporting the creation, performance and study of music through awards, scholarships, commissions and grants.

The postmark deadline for entries is Jan. 20, 2006. All submitted songs must have original music and lyrics. All entries will be judged by a panel representing different genres of popular music.
