When Vegetables Dance: Harvest Blessings

Gardens on Spring Creek, 2145 S. Centre Ave.

Explore the wonderful southwest Native American cuisines using readily available Colorado crops. Sample authentic vegetables, fruits and herbal recipes, discuss traditional beliefs and take home a jar of freshly made preserves or salsa. $30 for members and $35 for non-members includes materials.
