Received an Internet report about aggressive magazine solicitors on the Plaza that occurred at about 4:30 p.m. today. Three white males in their 20s.

Received another report about solicitors on the Plaza that occurred last Monday. Suspect described as a white male in his mid-to-late 20s, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 170 pounds, thinning blond hair and missing a front tooth. If you see individuals that appear to be soliciting anywhere on campus, call CSU Police Department immediately.

Warrant arrest, 800 block of City Park Avenue; contacted an individual pushing a child's bike. He had a felony warrant for trespass.

Driving under the influence, City Park Avenue and Plum Street; Vehicle contacted for driving on the sidewalk while making a turn. Driver refused roadsides and requested a blood draw.

Criminal mischief, parking lot behind the Hilton. Someone tried to break into a vehicle by punching out the locks. No entry, but locks were damaged.

Trespass to a vehicle in the above location. Possible entry using a SlimJim – stereo was taken.

Medical assist at the Health Center

Intrusion alarm at Conflict Resolution – unknown cause.

Burglary at Equine Sciences – someone took several computer items between Friday and Monday.

Harassment, stalking, restraining order violation – student reported that her ex-husband left a note on her bicycle.

Bike theft from the northwest side of Lory Student Center occurred between Aug. 23 and Aug. 24.

Intrusion alarm at Moby in B-wing – employee error.

Some lost property was turned over to an officer by a custodian
