Theft of Specialized bike from Towers Tuesday or Wednesday of prior week.

Lost wedding ring between Towers and Transit Center, probably on Monday.

Theft of a nameplate from office at the Microbiology Building.

911 hang-up call at University Center for the Arts elevator – child had bumped it.

Lt. Swenson assisted Fort Collins Police Services on bomb call in the city.

Female reported being called names by 'members of a bike club' on campus. No further information for follow-up.

Trouble/fire alarm at Agricultural Engineering Research Center – caused by brief power outage.


DUI at Elizabeth Street and Skyline Drive.

One cited for liquor at Corbett Hall.

DUI arrest at Taft Hill Road and Elizabeth Street.

Rock thrown through a window at Ellis Hall.

Male checking out cars at Westfall Hall lot ran from officers. Later contacted at A2 Corbett Hall and arrested for obstruction and liquor violation. Good work folks!

Male taking a traffic cone from construction area on Laurel Street was convinced of his error and replaced it.

Met with Federal Protective Service and guards at Center for Disease Control for information sharing. Met with Fort Collins Police Services for same regarding party planning project and problem prevention.

Several traffic and liquor warnings given, checked all campuses, foot patrol of several buildings – all OK.


Did parent panel at Lory Student Center, opened door at Education Building for same group.

Six Traffic Enforcement and Education Program cites and a lot of warnings.

Follow-up on a case from three years ago regarding possible recovered CSU property. Department representatives advise it is not CSU's.

Assisted Greek group with scavenger hunt. Found a cell phone on Meridian Avenue – being held for owner to claim.

Fishing derby at College Lake went pretty well.

Pretty quiet shift.


Bike theft at Summit Hall – black and yellow Gary Fisher mountain bike taken between Friday and Saturday.

One contacted for littering at Westfall Hall Lot was cited for liquor.

Found a street sign on South Drive.

Two males at Edwards Hall arrested for trashing men's room and disorderly conduct when they tried to avoid contact with officers.

Argument at building 10 Aggie Village resulted in warning to some residents there.

Employee at Heat Plant found window forced open and backpack inside. Officers checked for suspicious device and determined it belonged to a transient. Being held here for claim.


Windshield of car in CSU Police Department east lot was broken out.

Bike theft at Corbett Hall – black and white Trek 4300 taken Friday night.

Warrant arrest made a G4 Corbett Hall.

Intrusion alarm at Housing Warehouse – all secure – responsible person advised.

Assisted kitchen employee at Ingersoll Hall getting into her locker.

Two TEEP cites issued, checked South and Foothills campus – all OK.

Several weapon check-ins.



Follow-up warrant arrest related to this case from a while ago.

Male above was in possession of marijuana when arrested at Braiden Hall.

Foot patrol officers saw flames in room at Ellis Hall – on entry found that several residents were lighting rubber cement in a can. No damage or injuries, but Housing Services will be following up.

Did follow-up on other cases, assisted student with a class project, checked residence halls and outlying campuses, checked lots, etc. – all OK.

Assisted Fort Collins Police Services at Sonny Lubick Field at Hughes Stadium with accident involving our east fence there.

Issued several TEEP cites.

CSUPD writes the blotter. The Collegian edits for AP style and size.
