CSU track and field teams are traveling to Greeley this weekend to represent the green and gold in three meets.

The heptathletes competed in the Kim Schimenz Heptathlon and the decathletes competed in the Mike Bennett Decathlon Thursday through today.

The rest of the team will compete in the Tom Benich Classic on Saturday starting at 9:30 a.m. Northern Colorado will host the meet that includes Colorado, CSU and Wyoming.

The Rams lead the Mountain West Conference in eight individual events, as well as the women's 4×100 relay.

Senior Adam Trainor leads the Mountain West Conference in the hammer throw. Sophomore Janay DeLoach leads the Mountain West Conference women in the 100 meters and long jump.

Senior Katrice Thomas leads in the 200 and senior Michelle Carman leads the conference in the 5000. Freshman Anne McLaughlin is ranked first in the high jump. Junior Amanda Huddleston leads the triple jump. Junior Katie Hansen is the number one in the discus throw and freshmen Jaimee Troth ranks first in the hammer throw.
