Welfare check. Observed juvenile male watching officers during stolen vehicle recovery. Male gave wrong name and was uncooperative. Ambulance called to check regarding reported breathing problems. Checked with father who reported male as runaway and asked that the male go to Mountain Crest. Done.
Theft of eyeglasses from Lory Student Center during the last week.
Recovered gold 1994 Honda Accord. Car stolen from University of Northern Colorado and we're coordinating with them. Investigations is processing for evidence. May be related to car stolen from campus yesterday as well.
Trespass/drugs case at National Wildlife Research Center on Foothills Campus. Guards saw males smoking marijuana and contacted the car. Fort Collins Police Services assisted by handling this case as our officers were all tied up – thanks! Three juvenile males cited for drugs and other offenses. Car still being investigated as possibly stolen. Fort Collins Police Services case 05-5635 is related.
