The men’s and women’s soccer teams both improved their records over the weekend as the Rams dominated their opponents in an offensive explosion.

The women’s team faced off against Colorado College Saturday at the Fort Collins Soccer Complex. The Lady Rams took the upper hand early, controlling the game and preventing the Tigers from getting into a rhythm. The Rams won the game easily 4-0.

“We played really well as a team,” senior Nellie Stisser said. “I was really proud of our effort today.”

The men’s team also dominated in its game against Northern Colorado. The Rams ended up winning 5-0, with one of their goals coming on a penalty kick at the end of the first half.

Both teams have started their conference play and are working on qualifying for nationals.
