Today
A Resident Advisory Council Meeting for University Village will
be held from 8 to 9 a.m. The meeting is open to all University
Village residents.
Students for the Visual Arts will be selling handmade jewelry,
bandanas, pottery and more in the Visual Arts Building from 9 a.m.
to 5 p.m.
Mediation at Noon will be held from 12:10 – 12:50 p.m. in the
Danforth Chapel, led by Rev. Peggy Christiansen. This is an
opportunity to learn more about meditation or deepen your current

The film “Mr. and Mrs. Iyer” will be playing at 7 p.m. in the
Lory Student Center Theater as part of the Fall Semester
International Focus II: India. Tickets are $3 for students and $4
for non-students.
Programming Activity Council Movie Night hosts a free showing
of, “Pirates of the Caribbean,” from 9 to 11 p.m. in DC Bottoms of
the Durrell Center.
Wednesday
Textile artist Judi Arndt will give a talk on Indian Saris at 7
p.m. in the Curfman Gallery as part of International Focus II:
India. The event is free and open to the public.
Jeffrey Smith, author of, “Seeds of Deception: Exposing Industry
and Government Lies About the Safety of Genetically Modified Foods
You’re Eating,” will be giving a talk at 7 p.m. in C-142 Clark.
The Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender Student Services weekly
meeting will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. For more info, contact Randy

PAC hosts, “Destress Night,” from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Durrell
Center. Enjoy fun activities and prizes after a long day of
