In Tuesday’s Collegian, there were two incorrect headlines and an error in a story.
In the story “Plagiarism plagues,” the second headline incorrectly stated that 33 percent of college students admit to Internet plagiarism. The actual number is 38 percent, as was stated in the story.
Also, the headline in Tuesday’s story “CSU budget falls 27 percent” was incorrect. State funding to CSU was cut almost 27 percent, not CSU’s overall budget. The information in the story was correct. Also, in the same story, the Colorado General Assembly was mistakenly referred as the Colorado State Legislature.
The Collegian regrets these errors.
