Fall Dance Concert

CSU’s Department of Music, Theatre and Dance will be presenting the Fall 2002 Dance Concert. This concert is a collaboration of contemporary and classical dance, choreographed by both faculty and students from the Dance Program. Dance styles including ballet, modern, hip-hop, jazz and ethnic will be performed.

The Fall Dance Concert will open Friday and run through Sunday. Performances will be at 8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 2 p.m. on Sunday. For ticket information contact the Johnson Hall Box Office at 491-5116 or 491-5562.

Local musician Lissie

Tonight at Jon’s Bluenote Coffeehouse check out CSU sophomore Lissie Maurus. Lissie will be performing “acoustic soul,” combining rhythm and core progressions. This show promises to bring something original to the stage, so come out and support your fellow Ram!

Jon’s Bluenote Coffehouse is located at 147 W. Oak St. Show starts at 8 p.m.

Featured artist: CSU professor

Voted “Fort Collins Best Visual Artist” for the last five years, CSU Graphic Design Professor Bob Coonts will be November’s Featured Artist at Jean Wilson Gallery.

New Works by Bob Coonts will run until Dec. 3. Jean Wilson Gallery is located at 233 Linden Street and is open Monday – Thursday and Saturday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday’s from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. For more information contact Jean Wilson at 407-1809.
